Yes they are hand me downs and I believe they bought a demo rig that only has 5500+ miles on it, that one hasn't been seen yet. There was another write up about it in the paper last night about the hiring process ... Also they were testing radios in the "New" rigs yesterday with the callsign of Medic1 Medic 2 and Medic 3. So it conts. and will be very interesting on how it will turn out
