I noticed in the database that the 461.7625 frequency is in P25 mode is this true? I usually hear Eagle 5 on the 462.975 frequency!! With my analog handheld I can hear key ups every couple of seconds like it does on a LTR frequency.

Ok thanks! I am looking at the other emissions for the 452.175 frequency and they too show the emission as the same one you have provided, does this mean that they all will be in P25 mode? Do you know if that will that get rid of the annoying key ups??

I just started listening to Eagle 5 on 461.7625 the last couple of days. From what I'm hearing they are transmitting in analog with a pl tone of 114.8

It's hard to dispute field reports....

Any chance the person who submitted it could confirm if it was done after a review of a new license in the database or was it actually heard and reported? Seeing that quite a few entries in the Missouri database for the KC side are submitted straight from FCC records rather than actual monitoring it could explain the P25 designation.

I'm not sure on the FCC rules but perhaps they are not required to transmit digitally even though they are licensed for it.

As for 452.175 its part of a local LTR system, that is why you hear the key ups. What kind of radio are you using?

I am using a BCD996T and Pro-95. I was hearing the key ups on the new Eagle frequency. It clicks about every two seconds, and I entered it in as digital and it stopped keeing up. Do you know how long they have been using the new frequency? I know it says it has been active since April.

This was simply an entry mistake.

It was supposed to be be "FMN" for narrowband. That is what 11K2F3E is. Not P25.

P25 is usuaally 8Kxxxxxx, at least on trunked systems and MOTOTRBO is usually 7KXxxxx.

PL Tone has already been confirmed too. I updated the database.

Thanks for the correction on the emission, I did not read the reference I got it from far enough to know better! I will be more careful next time not to cause any confusion.

Thanks again
