Life Link ARMER Participation Plan

Does anyone have a copy of the Life Link ARMER Participation plan that they would be willing to share? It would be appreciated.

Also, i don't know if Gold Cross's plan has been published but i would interested in giving that a look as well.

Here is a link to the SRB OTC minutes from August 2011. Both the LL3 and Gold Cross proposals are included in this- LL3 was approved for plan B- separate tg for each base, GC has not been approved yet.
