Code 250 - Blood Transplant?

Code 100 Scene Call (LZ)
Code 200 Hosp to Hosp Emergency Transfer (ED to ED)
Code 250 - Organ Transport | Code Delta - Disaster
Code 300 Hosp to Hosp Urgent Transfer (ICU to ICU)

Codes are no longer used. Plain language is supposed to be used
Scene Call
Inter-facility Transfer - Emergency Room
Inter-facility Transfer - ICU

System 1, 2, & 3 are no longer used to describe the band of the contact channel, instead "VHF Low", "VHF Hi", and "UHF" will be heard.

Also, you will hear Lat/Lon more often and Radial/Distance less often.

Thanks for the update Chris. Yes I have noticed now they say like "VHF Channel 32" or the like,. Guess I can throw out my old system contact spreadsheet. I wonder if they got new separate VHF-UHF radios instead of the all band one they had.

Since no one asked for codes but they were offered... I will offer something out of the blue too.

They fly helicopters. They used to be BK117's but now they have a Eurocopter.
