Does anyone know what LifeCare Ambulances freq is? They are based out of Toledo, and are newer to the area. Thanks!

There are two listings for LifeCare Ambulances, out of Ohio. The callsigns are WNKU387 and WNRI676.

The frequencies listed in WNKU387 are:
154.515, 461.6125, 461.7625, 462.1125, 464.0125, 466.6125, 466.7625,467.1125, 469.4125, 469.5375 .

The frequencies listed in WNRI676 are:
159.1875, 155.16, 150.805, 468.1625, 468.1875, 468.0375, 463.0375, 463.0125, 468.0875, 468.1125, 468.1375, 463.0875, 468.0125, 468.0625, 463.0625, 463.1125, 463.1375, 463.1625, 463.1875 .

Now, I have no idea why an ambulance service would need that many radio frequencies assigned, but everything above is listed under LifeCare Ambulances. I am guessing that the 463 and 468 freqs are med channels (ambulance to hospital), but can't confirm that.

Lifecare ambulance in the lorain,elyria, and lorain county area use 159.1875 as dispatch and communications, 155.160 as truck to truck communications or special event secondary channel. All the uhf freqs, are hospital/medic channels commonly used by hospitals and ambulance services for patient medical information and orders.

I listened for 30 minutes and didn't hear a peep, but it may be another issue because they advertised that you could still listen via the internet feed once they went to the new system

Keep in mind that an internet feed doesn't necessarily have to rely on the capabilities of a scanner, although most do. In the case of LifeCare ambulance, they are broadcasting their own internet feed, which means they are probably using their own NEXEDGE radio to do it. From the feed description:

"Broadcasting our digital radio traffic from dispatch to ambulances in the field. Are digital radio system is being operated on the Kenwood NEXEDGE system."

Also, a few feeds are broadcast using SDR, which can handle some digital formats that current scanners cannot.
