Light Program G5 for Hospice patient

Can anyone near Bradenton Florida, program my G5 with
a p25 local police dispatch and a couple of ham repeaters. I have no means to do this. Much appreciation if you can help. I’m in hospice in Lakewood Ranch FL. It would help greatly to listen to a couple stations.
