Does anyone know if Lighthorse Creek Nation Police is on OKWIN…. or rather, where are they specifically located?

Yes, it is under "Tribal Law Enforcement."

They also have a VHF system and access to some other DMR tribal systems. They patrol vehicles have three separate radios.
