Limit Search Issue

First .. i was wondering if someone could let me know how to get into limit search mode. I have it programmed in .. and being a past Uniden user the GRE interface isn't very intuitive.

Also .. is it possible to change the step size when doing searches ? I want to scan a 12.5 khz step when the default is 5. This is 424 MHz area ...

Press the SRCH button repeatedly until the top line says "Srch Limit".

Once there, the F1 key will allow you to set the frequency limits (If the text above the F1 key shows FrL/O press FUNC then F1).

No you can't change the step sizes on a search.

Ok .. thanks Mike I got that. The only thing is that the scanner wants to scan but I did get it to get to the limit screen.

I did get a couple of searches entered using PSREdit, but I don't know how to get to the screen where I can use these saved searches.

Does anyone know if GRE is planning on allowing different steps on searches as they do not have the right defaults in all cases I see.
