I know Lincoln Electric (Euclid) has their own EMS teams, does anybody know what freq they are using?

WQTR351
You might want to check all the frequencies on those licenses above. They may or may not use any of those frequencies currently, or if they do then they may not use them for EMS activities. The EMS teams may or may not use radios [licensed or otherwise] and may use phones instead.
Additionally, if they are using those frequencies (repeater or simplex), they might not be analog and may be something like MotoTrbo or NXDN (based upon the emissions some of those licenses show).
