Lincolnway Dispatch

Anyone recently been hearing the Lincolnway Fire units on TG1992? Radio Reference says "LwPD Patch92" I heard them test it yesterday but now I hear fire units but not the dispatch side of it.

Most likely one of WC patches as there actually on VHF 151.1825 ......

So why can't I hear the dispatch side?....

I have seen them just patch one side of the conversation before, not sure why.....
