ProScan: Link to RR Files

I just purchased ProScan V19.4 a few days ago. When clicking on the Files tab, I saw New, Open and down below several other options including Import from Radio Reference where I needed to fill in my user name and password, etc.
I tried this with my BCD396XT and everything worked fine. For the last day or two I've been trying to program my BCD436hp and the radio reference import option doesn't come up. All I see is New and Open. Every other option is greyed out. What am I doing wrong? Is there a problem with ProScan ?

Click on New then browse to folder or click on New Folder and hit OK.
I would read the favorites from the scanner first if you already programmed the scanner. Click the RR Import menu and take it from there.
