Linn County Roads LTR LCN

I'm trying to monitor the Linn County Road Dept LTR standard trunked system but I believe that the LCNs are wrong. Does anybody know what the LCNs are or how to find the correct order? I'm hearing traffic in conventional mode but not with the system programmed using the LCNs from the RRDB

L C N = Logical Channel NUMBER, not order. The freqs. must be in the correct channels in your scanner.
