linn Cty Iowa chng to Project 25 (Phase 1)

I hope I have this correct.

Have a Radio Shack Pro-96. I had it rehabed at radio reference and all has been OK. assummed no problem with switch over to Cty wide system(Project 25). I thought I could download and reinstall WRONG.
I wasn't prepared for 1 primary freq and 69 talk group assigned to each agency operating in the County.

In short, I don't understand how to install one primary (851.22500) and 69 talk groups.I have a friend who thought he knew how to do the re banding. He is also stumped. I anybody can help we would appreciate you contacting shooeye@msn.com or call 319-360-1418
