In my quest to reduce noise on my scanners webcast (using a Raspberry Pi, Icecast and Darkice) I have been looking at physical filters of various types and just realized that there must be some Linux software to handle this..... and of course there is!

There are a couple of links for Debian installation which hopefully will work with the Pi.
I hope to use this to digitally attenuate frequencies outside of the 300-3400Hz at this stage, we'll see how I go.......
