I’m unable to find a home for LIRR info in the RRDB. Can anyone point me in the direction of some accurate freqs for the trains/LIRR?

I can help you with that, I'm from Philly but I went to college on Long Island and lived there for a while after I graduated. Both Nassau and Suffolk County.

I looked in my notes for LIRR.

LIRR... 160.38 Road, 161.445 Train dispatcher, 161.265 East end yards, 161.535 Babylon yard, 160.83 Ops.
