You can download a CSV of a region and open it in Excel / Google Sheets, then sort the sheet by frequencies. Go to the county you want, then go to "Downloads and Reports".

Definitely a good start. I've noticed, though, that just because a frequency is listed does not always mean it's active; in some cases it could be a secondary frequency that's underutilized (if used at all) or inactive because a service has moved to a different frequency yet the license for the initial frequency listed hasn't expired yet.
The best thing I can recommend is to just scan that frequency segment and see what comes up (that'll also help you see the range your set-up is capable of).
