Listen on the vhf band

Howdy,
Im listen to my motorola radious p200 handheld radio. I must
say these drivers for some company around here must
have an attitude because they're cussing up a storm.
one of em is talking about how his boss asked him to
shut the gate and he got mad about it. I wonder
what would happen if the bossman heard them on
the radio

i think i would worry more if the fcc got a hold of it. they take a very dim
view of this.
