Listen to music on Pro96?

Please advise how to program a radio station through my Pro96. The freq.
I am trying to program is 97.500 but radio will not except it. Can this
be done using my scanner?

You can do it from the keypad once you get the Win96 software to open that range of frequencies and keep in mind it's not going to sound very good since that's in the FM broadcast band and it needs Wide FM, a mode the Pro-96 does NOT support.
