Listening places/web for local towns ?

Are there any web based programs instead of using a scanner so I can listen to local towns like police and fire for the Malden Medford Everett Ma locations?

Is there a way to get this on an Iphone. I see you need Java and iphones do not support java? Looking for something free and so far the rangecast player sounds great. Just what I need but hoped to try on the iphone 5 but no Java.

On your own for that. Not interested in 'i' products, so no knowledge of them.
Maybe when it becomes an "I" -- uppercase vs lowercase

I checked and Iphone does not support Java but Android does.Can't wait for my contract to be over to go to Android too many restrictions with apple Iphones

If the feed your looking for is on broadcastify then its on any of the many scanner apps for android and iPhones.
