Listening to OSP

I have a BC785D Trunked Base Scanner. I have Ohio State Patrol in the Scanner and i have an apco 25 card. When they talk its all garbled and you have to try and change the setting so you can hear it. I heard them before but i messed up the settings. Anyone know what setting i need them on?
