hello just wandering for the ncc police they are still showing some tgids that are digital which they are but they are encyripted just wandering why these were never changed it has been quite a while that these were encyripted any thoughts on this thank you ids like 6256 6288 6320 6352 6384

Good question, Johnny.
ALL NCCPD's talkgroups are encrypted. The only time, you may hear NCCPD clear, is when they switch to mutual aid channels to communicate with other agencies, who do not utilize encryption. Even then NCCPD units radios are not 'strapped' to clear on those TG's, so you may still hear encrypted audio.
