Littleton PD

When I scan Arapahoe County I receive Greenwood Village PD, Arapahoe County Sheriff, Sheridan PD, Englewood PD and Glendale PD but I never receive anything from Littleton PD. Are they a quiet PD and utilize their MDT's for communication?

Assuming you are using the downtown Littleton control channel which has pretty limited coverage and have the right TG's programmed in you should hear them, pretty active yes but understandably do you MDT's for some dispatch traffic just like most agencies in the South Metro area.

Downtown Littleton = Arapahoe Admin, listed as site 1-001. I also hear Littleton PD on Chevron and Riley among others.

Arapahoe Admin CC listed as 853.23750c

I notice that about DCSO too. For example, I had 2 of my scanners tuned into DCSO. The primary sites programmed are Riley, Chevron and Lookout. While listening to GWD VLG PD on the 3rd scanner programmed with Arap Admin, I heard a DCSO conversation but nothing on the other 2 scanners programmed with the 3 main sites.

I had no idea DCSO roamed onto Arap Admin. Therefore, it answered my question regarding why I hear half of a DCSO conversation sometimes (rarely). Now I don't miss a beat.

Spicerz, although Arap. Admin. is a good one for people to the north of 470 site 103 Silver Heights and site 110 Franktown are primary for DCSO and I like 104 West Creek to the south.
