Ive been monitoring 20656 - National Guard Admin-B and there is alot of interesting traffic on there right now 8/29/05 6:30pm. Helicopers doing arial surveys etc. I'm listening from Lafayette.

Any idea how much of the system is damaged? I listened to the Hurricane Net that Slidell lost all their trunking system towers, and shortwave was the only way they were communicating. He also said that none of this ham radio buddies had checked in on VHF since.
