Try refreshing the page. Sometimes it takes a few seconds to "kick in". Also, if you can connect or if anyone else can, then you know its working.

the software loads. but no metter will work. and some times it crashes.

Did you try uninstalling the broadcaster, restarting your computer and reinstalling it?

finally up and running. Had to download a custom Oddcast coder. Works Fine on Windows ME.
