live audio connection problem

when i turn on scanner cast it says "error status from RR http/1.0 401 authentication required" it worked fine then one day i got this and dont know how to fix it please help thanks

I had set your feed to "inactive". I sent you an email regarding an issue and you never replied back. I set it back active now so you can use it. Please refer to the email i sent you about why i set it inactive.
