There is a new feed for eastern P.E.I. fire departments
Just took a listen. You may want to adjust your audio levels. It's ear bleeding loud and unintelligible. Also, not sure if it was a mistake during listing, but you may want to submit a help request to get it added to the correct counties as it's currently listed as Provincewide.

Every scanner and every computer is different, but most times I found the sweet spot with the scanner volume being around the 10 o'clock position and the computer recording volume at around 70%.
In the past I've programmed in the local weather channel continuous broadcast, set my audio levels, then locked it out.

I just got a newer computer and a different scanner for the feed. A Realistic Pro-2037 and the computer has Windows 11 Home.
Input is set to the audio input with the sound set at about 75%. I went to the Broadcastify feed where I know there are test calls for local fire departments and not picking up anything.
I'm still trying to learn the in and outs of Windows 11.

Windows 11 is not much different than 10. Biggest thing is to make sure you're using the correct audio source if you have no audio. As mentioned above, using a constant signal to adjust volume levels is recommended.

Also, depending on the software you're using to provide your feed it may have some customization to it as well.
