Live Oak site # ?

Anyone know if the site number for the Live Oak system here in San Antonio is correct? It says site 011 but when I had an edacs radio programmed it says invalid site number and no control channel found. the Frequencies and lcn are correct, how do you find out if the site number is correct,

Oh and the Alamo Heights site programmed fine with site 12 and picks up all activity

Anybody with etrunker verify if the site ID is correct? i don't have the software anymore,
