i just have a few questions about a live feed

How many channels can i put on 1 live feed at one time?

can my feed support live scanning?

will older RS scanners like a 2022 support a live feed?

Feed owners put as many channels into a feed as need.

Not sure what you me by "can my feed support live scanning?"
You can listen to your scanner at the same time it is broadcasting if this is what you mean.

Any scanner will work for a feed scanner. The scanner has to be able to scan that agencies you want to feed. The 2022 is an older analog non computer programable scanner. Good for conventional analog systems (frequencies) that you enter manually. So you cannot scan a digital conventional or TRS system. I do not think it support PL tones so you may pick up more than the agency you want.

It's the truth.

But avoid putting so many channels on the feed that it's ridiculously busy and you actually miss some traffic because it's busy scanning other channels. It's much better to focus on a certain jurisdiction or maybe a certain type of traffic, like fire departments, covering a reasonable area.

Trying to be all things to all listeners is a recipe for no listeners. :-(
