20 years ago - the FBI would have been all over this - video and audio - in real time - that would be a big 'no no' because of the terrorists

The closest analogy from 'official' public safety sources that I can think of is Saint Louis FD - their PIO was live streaming snippets from some fires live via Twitter (and including some radio chatter)
Otherwise I cannot think of any other public safety agency that does live programming from incidents
