loading frequency records dsd+2.268 fastlane

while loading frequency records dsd+2.268 fastlane the prog loads 145,974 of 403,954 frequency records
This is on a win 7 pro 64 bit with 8gb memory
I edited the freq.csv file and reduced the frequency records from inital total of 817,148 (that only 178,102 would load) to the above number
Am i limited to ram memory of is there a limitation on the dsd+ code

How many records are within your search radius? What happens if you increase the radius?

I am not shure how many records are within my area . presently search radius is 99.9 miles .
i increased the radius to 199.9 and it loads about 20 ,000 more files .
then increased to 999.9 miles and it loads around 300,000 files .
the csv file was edited to remove every record listed as -80.xxxx to -140.xxx west and -54.xxx and lower to the east
the radius center is in this area 45.5051 -73.5913
