Local PD channels

Under lower providence twp. police's category for montgomery county, there is a frequency that says "upper prov. police local"...also under Bridgeport PD, there is the same thing for their police department...anyone have these channels programmed, are they still in use, whats on them?

I have not heard anything on Upper Prov's VHF for years. I have not paid attention as to whether or not they still have the VHF radios in their cars.

Bridgeport uses their VHF every now and then for speed traps and chit chat...not all that common, though.

Hey, Ben, im sorry i shoulda just asked which ones still are and are NOT still active, can you tell me, to the best of ur knowledge, maybe to save me some programming later, i copy bridgeport and U.P Twp., which others?

Well, I know Lansdale and Montgomery Twp. PDs still use VHF. Heck, I can hear them all the way from South Jersey on a good night.

I have tried to keep only frequencies that are active in the local municipality lists. If anybody knows of any listed freqs that are no longer active, please let us know.
