Local Police 900 codes?

I am here in Greene County Virginia. My local PD uses the 10 codes, as well as 900 codes. I always hear things such as 953-7, and 923-4 and such. I cant find any of these that even relate to anything PD related. Does anyone have experience with these? T.I.A...

Those are disposition codes for stuff like "report taken" or "call unfounded" but I've never seen a list of them. You are talking about the Albemarle system right? Does Greene use them too?

There are some '900' codes similar to the 10 and 11 codes, but they're not very 'standard' among agencies. They're normally 3 digit, though, not xxx-x.

Google on "900 codes" and police, and you'll find several lists. Orange County, CA used them in preference to 11 codes, and I see some east coast users, but the lists of codes aren't the same.

Hey man, howya been? I was talking about greene, but Albemarle uses them too. They are diposition codes, but thats mainly all I hear around Greene, other than traffic stops. But the other night we had a guy walking around my neighborhood firing a pistol in the air, and they kept using the disposition codes, and i cant figure them out, and its aggrevating haha...anywho

Hey george, do you happen to have the Greene county high school's gms/frs freqs? or have any idea what range they are in, they are using two way kenwoods to communicate throughout the schools??? thanks
