Local police station

Hello I just bought a digital scanner and It stops on the channel I want to monitor but no sound comes on it.
Vermont, Orleans county, Newport police dispatch 453.1625. I'm using a uniden BCD536HP. can someone check this out and see if it is the right frequency.

It appears you have the correct frequency, and not apparently being encrypted, your 536 should receive and decode the P25 transmissions. Were it to be encrypted, however, your 536 would mute the audio when stopping on this frequency.
