Wait for a transmission. If nothing is heard around the time schools dismiss for the day, chances are they've moved elsewhere or the talkgroup info submitted to the database is erroneous

Past dismissal times and still nothing :( What would be the next step to finding the frequencies?

Only way to determine if they changed talkgroups on the same system as I mentioned before would be to enable ID Search on your scanner so talkgroups unknown to the DB can be heard. Other possibilities: Perhaps they're now leasing a repeater from a radio rental company or have reverted back to their old licensed conventional frequency(ies).
How do I set up ID search? I changed the setting.

I just looked at their web site for the Transportation Department and they do operate their own buses and it mentions they are equipped with "GPS Technology" so they would be on either a trunked or cellular system. That TG may be valid but there may not be much voice communication except for unusual events since the system would show bus status at all times. So no need for routine voice messages.

You may need to make some inquiries about if and how they use their radios to know what you are looking for.

I believe there is a lot of talking, I did make an inquiry and they said that they don’t know much about the frequency and sent a photo of a sheet. The frequency on the sheet was 47.460 and I have tried that but have came up with nothing. That frequency may be outdated though because it was issued in 2006. I was also thinking that it may help if you know that the district changed radios in 2016-2017 from older motorola radios to newer motorola radios.

The 47.46 would be obsolete and their newer Motorola radios in 2016 would likely be on 452.0125 and/or 461.5375 according to their license. But, that system probably would not support their "GPS Technology" so I suspect they moved to some trunked system from what they went to in 2016. If not the Albany P25 then there are several commercial systems in the area they could be on. These systems would likely be DMR.
