locking in on a specific talkgroup

I am trying to find out a way to lock in on a specific talk group/channel on a 800 system. I push the hold button but the fire department has 5 channels it uses. How can I select the one I want (fireground) so I don't hear the others also.

If you mean these TG's
1113 Dispatch Ch-1
1114 Fireground Ch-2
1115 Fireground Ch-3
1116 Hazmat / EMS Ch-4
1117 Admin Ch-5
and since this is in a Uniden feed,
Press HOLD repeatedly until the chosen Fireground appears.

If this is not the system, do the same for any system using most Uniden scanners.

It would help if you state WHICH SCANNER you have.

Assuming the BC246T, scroll past the frequencies to the talkgroups, and hold the talkgroup.

Ok I am using a bc296d and I am in Lansing Michigan.
