Locution Systems Text to Speech

Has anyone ever tried making a text to speech with the Locution Systems CADVOICE? Where you type in a dispatch and it comes out in the CADVOICE, like a real dispatch?

Cadvoice is triggered from the CAD system, I have heard some interesting test mesages during the testing phase. They make up a test call and it gets "spoken" as if it was a real incident. That is what I am aware of. Dont know if there is a diagnostic mode.

Far as I know, the 'dictionary' for the program is custom-built for each end user's needs, so generic text-to-speech outside a specific CAD application is probably not feasible.
