Radio Ref lists the following 2 VHF frequencies for Lodi in Bergen County. 154.7400 & 155.535. I've listened there and find no activity at all.
Does anyone know what the current frequencies are for Lodi NJ?

They’re on the Bergen County TRS full-time. That’s why those are labeled as backups. There is also an explanation of that in the database.

Could you explain plainly what you are talking about?

EDIT: Additional info and details.

I'd be happy to explain. The term "Kerchunk" refers to someone keying their radio to bring up a particular repeater but not talking. If you're listening you hear a squawk or squelch tail but no conversation. With the Hasbk Heights Police frequency someone keyed the repeater a couple of times but there was no police activity that I could hear on that frequency.

Back in my early days of Ham Radio we had a club president down in Richmond Va who had a pet peeve about local hams "Kerchuncking" the local repeater.Hope this helps.

Hasbrouck Heights? 151.2500 is an active frequency. However PD activity is nill or the channel is very quiet for hours at a time especially during overnight hours. With them it's "hit or miss".:coffee:

I’m aware of what kerchunking is... I should have been more specific with the question. When you said you heard kerchunking, I thought you meant “somebody“ was maliciously interfering with the system.
