Loft-shack + basement command center.

Here are some pics of my new "loft-shack". I was feeling left out when looking at everyone's awesome shacks, so I decided to build a shelf for my radios. It's nice because I have plenty of room for expansion.

Looks great!! Is that a bunk bed? Its hard to tell.But thats a good idea with the shelf.

It actually works very well for VHF and lower UHF, 800MHz is a little harder to receive as the antenna seems to have some directional qualities for that range, but overall, I'm satisfied.

Thanks. I have the Scantenna but haven't installed it at my new house. Been living here 4 years. Have thought about putting it in the attic but didn't know how it would perform. Can't have an outside antenna here because of the Home Owner's Association.
