What the heck is going on here? I use my email and password and am able to get into My Uniden Support and I get in to view my support questions. When I go to downloads the same username and password fails. Am I missing something here?

If you don't know your password, you will need to go to the login page for www.uniden.com/my and click on "lost password." The system will send a new password to your email address.

I noticed that you had manually changed it when I tried to craete a new account it said my nnew email was already in the database and the first thing I thought was maybe someone manually did it and indeed they had. Thank you. It should be a breeze now to get the update. Thanks!

Respectfully, they're 2 different issues, one involving an email address problem and the other a login issue. No worries as the forum got me through it.
