I can't seem to logon to RR . The interface with Butel software and RR do not work. I think there is some confusion with my username and my password. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure you have to be a premium member to use that feature. The concept behind it is to download the database directly to your scanner. That's my understanding, however I certainly could be wrong.

He may have a recently expired subscription.
I know that my icon hung on for a while after expiry ,then vanished.
