I am not 100% sure it was LFD as I wasn't near my radio, but it sounded like their dispatcher come on the radio and said " all units sparks is now up and operational". Now that I think about it I think it might have been St Thomas P.D. but I am not sure. Anyone know what they are refering to?

It was likely St Thomas PD as I have heard them reffer to sparks/sparcs numerous times before. From what I can peice together it sounds like they are reffering to an MDT system or w/e data system they use for logging information. Might be some softwre running on their laptop. Anyone have any actual facts as im curious too.

I've heard St Thomas PD mention Spark many times.

They are still doing 28's and 29' over the air so maybe it is a computer program that allows them to do an incident report in the cruiser.
