Site 1 is currently using 866.5875 as the control channel, which I've never seen used since the system came online. Many people are likely only using the 1st 3 channels from the system... so if your radio is quiet, this be why....

Good practice would be to program all voice channels as control channels. The old York analog system screwed a lot of people up with this once.
