On my homepatrol, I have enabled discover talkgroup ID's, and it has come up with a few unknown TG ID's, most of them I assume are police encrypted frequencies because it doesn't hold that long at all. However, today it found a TG ID where I could actually hear decoded voice, in the clear. Its not in the database, but I have to assume its a police talkgroup just because the 200's are in the police section of the DB. The TG is 206. Anyone have any ideas?

PS to reiterate, I said decoded, NOT decrypted. It appears this talk group is not encrypted, as obviously the HP1 can't recieve encrypted transmissions, and for the most part, LPS is 100% 24/7 encrypted except for their fleet, and maintenance/custodial channels

It's not wise to mention this on a public forum, especially of you ever want to hear this group again.
