Why am I getting London Radio on this frequency?

I have it listed as North Bay (FSS) and Ottawa (FISE).

I know it's a common frequency for information. Just odd to hear London Radio.

I often hear it with a loud clear signal reception.

I hear it from Windsor from time to time , I think they use relay or repeater type sites for better coverage "Flight Service Stations extend communications capabilities using remote transmitters/receivers. When a remote communications outlet (RCO) is used to provide airport advisory services at a remote aerodrome it is referred to as a Remote Aerodrome Advisory Service (RAAS). "

Well. Suppose I should've looked here fist. But this brought up the closest location to me for a remote tower site so that would make sense.

Foymount is just about good for anything if ya need elevation.

Just didnt realize until now that it sounded fairly close with full bars almost on the signal scale.
