Lone Tree Police

KCNC just did a feature on Lone Tree new 20 officer police force, they will be on the road starting tomorrow but working alongside DCSO until January 1, 2005 when they take over as primary.

Wonder if we will notice any new unit numbering and or talk groups on DTRS?

Douglas County has agreed to do the dispatching for LTPD. Anyone hear any new designators on DCSO Main? I know that 500's are the DCSO units working LT.

This thread is pretty old, but just thought I'd make an update. The posts here indicate that DCSO dispatches for Lone Tree PD. Maybe things have changed since then. I actually had occasion to call 911 from Lone Tree the other day on a traffic hazard and heard the call go out through Parker PD Dispatch.

Yes Lima Tango units are indeed dispatched by Parker PD.

Now that I understand who the Lima Tango units are, I'm now also hearing Lima Mike units. Who would these folks be? Are they officers dedicated to Park Meadows or what?

I just started hearing Lima Mike units about two seeks ago. I hear them infrequently so I haven't figured out who they are yet.

I spoke with a Parker Police officer just yesterday. He confirmed that the new Lima Mike units are officers dedicated to the mall which is geographically located in Lone Tree...mall police...

I would guess no since it is now in the city of Lone Tree. When I was there last weekend, I saw the Lone Tree cars. I remember reading in the paper now that Lone Tree had annexed it they could better serve the customer. The only difference I've notice so far is higher sales tax!

DCSO no longer has their substation at park meadows. They have moved entirely to the Lincoln Hills facility.
