Long time listner, first time caller

Sorry for the distraction, listening is not really a hobby of mine i only listen on weekends mostly cause it is kinda fun and amusing, wondering about a talkgroup that pops up, I've captured it before but have never seen it pop up so much until tonight: 38576. Sounds like some kind of mutual aid freq to me but not sure. being Black Friday I'm only listening in for the entertainment.
