You will be able to get Cleveland County and Norman Fire but Norman PD is encrypted and no scanner will be able to pick them up. I wanted to be sure you are aware of that fact before you bought a scanner thinking you can hear NPD.

I have a Home Patrol II for $450 or an SDS100 for $550. Both pick up the OKWIN system, OKC Public Safety and Metro Public Safety. These are 95% of the LE agencies in central Oklahoma.
