Looking at a 436

Looking at a 436 will it work on the Interoperability system in WV & The new marcs system in Ohio or is
there a better choice ?

Yes and yes. I have used both the 436 and 536 in various parts of the country and they both did quite well

I'm sure that it will, and your programming will be MUCH easier with Sentinel, which you can download and learn even before you buy the scanner. That 96 you have can be kept and used along side of the 436, Like I mentioned in my Private messages, It's still a great scanner.

If you have a local TRS (ala MARCS), you can use a 96 as a source scanner for PRO96COM.
