Looking for 800-900mhz antenna for scanner

I would like to have a seperate antenna beside a diamond discone cut for only high band 800 900 mhz. what everyones opinion on this antenna

It states its a nlos (non-line of sight antenna) has 6db gain also

It looks good to me. Only disadvantage is the N connector.

I don't consider the N connector a disadvantage. They are weather resistant, and don't have weird impedance issues.

Basically, the are the exact opposite of the UHF connector.
