Looking for a 3S BMS Board...

I've got an idea for something new and cool, but it needs something similar to this, with the following differences:

1. 3S configuration, so total battery voltage between 9 and 12.6V.
2. Regulated charge current of no more than 3-4A when fed 14V.
3. Overcharge and overdischarge protection.
4. Charge balancing function to ensure all cells are equally charged.

It seems to be easy to find boards that meet #1 and #3, but #2 and #4 seem awfully scarce for some reason. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
